Bow-Tie Soup

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
1 lb.Italian sausage -- made into small meat
--balls
2carrots -- sliced
1/2 cupgreen pepper (or more) -- chopped
1/2 cupcelery(or more) -- chopped
1 clovegarlic -- crushed
1/2 cuponion -- chopped
1 canbeef broth
1 canItalian or zesty tomato soup
2 cupswater
1 cupbow-tie noodles -- uncooked

Directions

Brown meatballs, then brown vegetables. Add broth, soup and water. Cook untilvegetables are tender. Add noodles. Add more water if necessary.
