| 1/2 cup | raisins | |

| 1 can | (8 oz.) pineapple slices, -- drained | |
| 2 cups | carrots -- shredded | |
| 1/2 cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1 tsp. | lemon juice | (opt.) |
Place raisins in bowl. Cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drainwell. Cut pineapple into small pieces, mix with raisins and carrots. Cover andchill. Just before serving, blend in mayonnaise. Sprinkle with lemon juice ifdesired. One of Martha's favorites.
