Boil cauliflower until tender in salted water, about 10 minutes. Drain and chop(or use potato masher.) In another pan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blendin flour and slowly stir in chicken broth, milk and Worcestershire Sauce.. Cook,stirring constantly till it thickens slightly. Add cauliflower, mushrooms,meat andcheese. Heat. This seems to be a favorite with men. Paul Stoddard makes it all the time.
