Chicken Corn Soup

Serves 6

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
6 cupschicken broth
1 smallonion -- chopped
4 ozmedium egg noodles
1 cancorn
3/4 cuplightly crushed corn kernels
1 cupcooked chicken -- shreeded
1bay leaf
1 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper (white, if available)
3eggs -- hard-boiled

Directions

Simmer broth. Add onions and noodles Stir in corn. Add chidken, bay leaf, saltand pepper. When noodles are soft, remove bay leaf. Put in bowls. Add chopedegg.
