| 1 pkg. | (7 oz.) frozen Chinese pea pods -- partially thawed |
Thinly slice flank steak diagonally across grain. Combine in crockpot withconsomme, soy sauce, ginger, onions. Cover. Cook on low 5-7 hours. Turn to high.Stir in cornstarch dissolved in water. Cook on high 10-15 minutes. Drop in peapods last 5 minutes. Serve on hot rice.
