| 1/4 cup | orange juice | |
| 2 Tbsp. | soy sauce | |
| 1 Tbsp. | olive oil | |
| 1 Tbsp. | lemon juice | |
| 1 clove | garlic -- minced | |
| 1/4 tsp. | pepper | |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt |
Combine marinade ingredients in nonmetallic bowl. Reserve 2-3 tablespoonsmarinade.Pour marinade over halibut. Marinate fish 15-20 minutes, turning once. Spray fishwith cooking spray.Place fish over hot coals. Grill 3 minutes. Turn. Brush with reserved marinade.Grill 4-5 minutes. .
