Drain 4 small cans mandarin oranges. Mix 1 large package vanilla instant puddingwith 12 oz. Cool Whip until dissolved. Blend in 1 1/3 cups buttermilk. Add oranges.Serve over 1 package broken Fudge Stripe cookies.
