Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Combine gelatin and sugar; dissolve in hotwater. Add cold water, lemon juice and reserved pineapple syrup. chill untilpartially set.Add pineapple and remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2-quart mold. Chilluntil firm.
