| 5 or | 6 | large baking potatoes -- peeled |
| 1 cup | chopped onion |
In a saucepan, combine flour and salt; gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bringto a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; whisk in soup andcheese until smooth. Set aside.Cut potatoes into 4-in. x 1/2 in. x 1/2 inch sticks; place in a greased 9x13 pan.Sprinkle with onion. Top with cheese sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with paprika if desired These were good. If the potatoes are very large, only use 2 or 3.
