Deluxe Potato Balls

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
2 lbs.potatoes (4 large)
1 package(3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cupmilk
1 1/2tbsp.butter
1 tbsp.green onions -- chopped
1/4 cupParmesan cheese -- grated
2 1/2tsponion soup mix
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspseasoned salt
1 dashtobasco sauce
1egg -- beaten
1 1/2cupscorn flakes -- crushed

Directions

Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, milk butter, onion, cheese, soupmix, and seasonings. (Add pepper to taste)Mix well.Form balls. Dip ball in beaten egg. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place ongreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° 10 - 15 minutes. (If made ahead, dip and rolljust before baking.)
