| 1 package | (3 oz.) cream cheese | |
| 1/4 cup | milk | |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp. | butter |
| 1 tbsp. | green onions -- chopped | |
| 1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese -- grated | |
| 2 1/2 | tsp | onion soup mix |
| 1/2 tsp | salt | |
| 1/2 tsp | seasoned salt | |
| 1 dash | tobasco sauce | |
| 1 | egg -- beaten | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | corn flakes -- crushed |
Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, milk butter, onion, cheese, soupmix, and seasonings. (Add pepper to taste)Mix well.Form balls. Dip ball in beaten egg. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place ongreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° 10 - 15 minutes. (If made ahead, dip and rolljust before baking.)
