Arrange a rolled rump roast or pot roast on heavy duty foil in pan. Sprinkle underand over it 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix. Spoon 1 can cream of mushroom soup over topand underneath. (You may double quantity of both soups if you want more gravy.)Wrap loosely but securely. Raost in 325° oven ro 4 or 5 hours depending on size ofroast.An excellent dinner with mashed potatoes. Everyone likes it.
