Pound chicken between sheets of waxed paper until 1/4 inch thick.Season chicken with salt and pepper; rub oregano, lemon juice and garlic intochickenIn large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken.cook 4 to 5minutes each side.In medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water, 1 tsp. olive oil, Spice Sack, tomato andbroccoli to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 5minutes. Fluff with a fork.
