Combine all ingredients except corned beef and Glaze in Crock-pot. Add corned beefwith fat side up. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours or until fork tender (onHigh for 3 to 4 hours.)Remove meat from broth. Score top of corned beef in diamond shapes. Insertadditional cloves to decorate. About 30 minutes before serving, place corned beefon heatproof platter. Prepare Glaze and spoon over corned beef. Bake in 375° ovenfor 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally with Glaze. Glaze:3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed3 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. Dijon mustardMix together until smooth and blended.
