| 1 cup | mushrooms -- sliced | |
| 1 | green bell pepper -- seeded and chopped | |

| 1 | tomato -- sliced |
In a large bowl, combine beef, 1 cup seasoned croutons, tomato sauce, chili powder,onion, salt and egg. Mix well and press into sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.In a separate bowl, combine remaining croutons, egg, mushroom, green pepper andcheese. Mix well and layer on top of beef crust. Arrange tomato slices over pie.Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
