| 2 Tbsp | butter |
Drain beets and pineapple; reserve juice. Stir cornstarch,sugar, and vinegar intobeet and pineapple juice. Add salt. Cook mixture until glossy, stirringconstantly. Fold in beets, pineapple and butter. Heat and serve.
