Oven Barbequed Swiss Steak

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
2 lbs.chuck steak (1" thick)
2 cans(8 oz. ea.) seasoned tomato sauce
1 Tbsp.sugar
1 Tbsp.vinegar
1 Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
2 dasheshot pepper sauce
1 med.onion -- sliced

Directions

Cut meat into serving sized pieces. Place in casserole. Combine remainingingredients. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours or more.
