Directions

3 pounds stew meat sprinkled with 3 Tbsp. flour. Brown in oil.Add:2 med. onions, sliced1 can tomatoes1 tsp. salt1 tsp celery salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 cup molasses1/3 cup vinegar1 cup waterCover and cook 2 hours.Add:1 tsp. ginger1/2 cup raisins6 sliced carrotsCook till carrots are done This is different and good. Can be put on rice, if desired.
