Pork Chops With Sour Cream

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
6pork chops
1 med.onion -- chopped
1garlic clove -- minced
3 Tbsp.butter
1bay leaf
3/4 cupchicken bouillon
1 cupsour cream
2 tsp.paprika
salt andpepper
cannedmushrooms

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in butter. Brown chops. Add bouillon and bay leaf. Cookchops in mixture in covered pan over low heat 1 hour. Remove chops and keep warm.Cook pan juices until reduced 1/2. Add sour cream and paprika and blend. Addmushnrooms; return chops to pan to warm. Remove bay learf. Serve with noodles
