Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
2 pkgs.(8 oz. each) Philly cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 tsp.vanilla
2eggs
1/2 cupcanned pumpkin
1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon
dasheach: ground cloves, nutmeg, ginger
1ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

Mix: cram cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Addeggs; mix until blended. Stir: pumpkin and spices into 1 cup of the batter, pour remaining plain batter intocrust. Top with pumpkin batter. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3hours or overnight
