Spanish Omelet Sauce

Ingredients

14 cupsonion -- finely chopped
1 cupgreen pepper -- finely chopped
1 cupchili sauce
1 cantomato sauce (8 oz)
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1/4 teaspoonchili powder
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine and simmer 15 minutes.Especially good poured over a puffy omelet made by whipping egg whites first. (SeeEntrees)
