| 1/4 cup | dry bread crumbs | |

| 1 tsp. | dried parsley | |
| 1/2 | onion -- finely chopped | |
| 1/4 | to 1/2 cup milk | |
| 1 can | beef bouillon |
Mix egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, parsley and 1/2 of milk. Add meat and mixwell. Add enough milk to make meat workable. Roll into balls and brown on allsides. Remove from pan. Add 1 Tbsp. flour to thicken fat then add bouillon. Bringto boil . Add meat balls and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
