Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
1 lb.ground beef
1egg
1/4 cupdry bread crumbs
dashsalt and pepper
1 tsp.dried parsley
1/2onion -- finely chopped
1/4to 1/2 cup milk
1 canbeef bouillon

Directions

Mix egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, parsley and 1/2 of milk. Add meat and mixwell. Add enough milk to make meat workable. Roll into balls and brown on allsides. Remove from pan. Add 1 Tbsp. flour to thicken fat then add bouillon. Bringto boil . Add meat balls and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
