Sweet and Tangy Pork

1 1/4lb.boneless pork tenderloin, cut in 1" cubes
1 pkg.taco seasoning mix
8 oz.salsa, mild
4 bsp.peach preserves
Cookedrice

Directions

Dredge pork loin cubes in taco seasoning mix. Brown. Pour 8 oz. milk salsa and 4Tablespoons peach preserves over pork. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Serve overcooked rice. (Add water during cooking if necessary) 4 fat grams
