| 1/2 cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 cup | onion -- chopped | |
| salt and | pepper to taste | |
| 1 can | cut green beans -- drained | |
| 1 can | cut yellow beans -- drained | |
| 1 can | kidney beans -- drained | |
| 1 can | chick peas (garbanzo beans) -- drained | |
| 1/2 cup | chopped green pepper |
Mix together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper Pour over onion, beans, greenpepper and chick peas. Marinate in refrigerator for about 12 hours or overnight.Serve chilled. A great salad to take to picnics and pot lucks. Or make in adance for guests orfamily. A favorite.
