| 2 qts | canned tomatoes | |

| 1 tsp | Italian seasoning | |
| 1 tsp | oregano | |
| 1/2 tsp | basil | |
| 1 tsp | sugar | |
| 2 | green peppers -- 1/2' pieces |
Brown sausage. Drain. Add celery and cook till tender. Add remaining ingredientsexcept green peppers. Boil 10 minutes Add green peppers . Cook another 10minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired.
