Zuchinni Soup

Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient
1 lb.bulk Italian sausage
2 cupscelery (1/2" pieces)
2 cupszuchinni -- chunks
1 cuponion -- chopped
2 qtscanned tomatoes
pinchsalt
1 tspItalian seasoning
1 tsporegano
1/2 tspbasil
1 tspsugar
2green peppers -- 1/2' pieces

Directions

Brown sausage. Drain. Add celery and cook till tender. Add remaining ingredientsexcept green peppers. Boil 10 minutes Add green peppers . Cook another 10minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired.
